Would NOT recommend.  Terrible experience with State Farm "Graham Strom" .  For a small 2013, 4 door car with an absolute perfect driving record, they charged me nearly $200/month ($500 deductible) ..Did some shopping and found Wawanesa was only $115/month ($500 deductible) .  When I called to cancel, instead of offering me a better rate, they hit me with a cancellation fee of $345!!!  
Please people, shop around! These guys are crooks!

Changed the price 2 months after our agreement was made and refused to honour the original price nor acknowledge that our contract was void.

I was with Graham Strom for over two years. My credit card was lost in Thailand so it got canceled back in November. I received a letter last week, dated a week earlier, that stated my insurance was canceled effective almost two months prior to the issuance of the letter. I was told they tried to contact me on my phone but apparently they only had my old cell phone number on file so I was not reached. I did not receive any emails or letters indicating my insurance was being canceled, and now getting insurance is even more expensive to obtain due to my lapse in coverage. This is a very silly situation that is very frustrating due to my having excellent credit and never being in an accident. I would search elsewhere for coverage. I have heard much better things about TD and Morgex.

They didn't honour the price they quoted me for renters insurance. 1 month after signing up and paying they sent me a letter saying they made a mistake and that I owe them more money.
