I am more than happy and impressed after dealing Randy & Debbie. They have been extremely helpful, informative, quick to answer questions and just nice people overall. I was looking to set up insurance for my companies truck which was a struggle with my current insurance agency and Randy made it very simple and I ended up with much better coverage. I have now moved ALL of my company & personal insurance needs to their capable hands and will only be using them. Its always a nice bonus when you deal with really nice and helpful people.
We have been dealing with Debbie at Denton Agencies for personal and business insurance for many years. Her customer service is absolutely outstanding! She answers all inquiries in an efficient and timely manner and is extremely knowledgeable! Anytime we need to contact her, she is always so accommodating and prompt. I would highly recommend Denton Agencies for all of your insurance needs!
The best insurance office I have ever dealt with in my life. Moving from BC to Alberta, my broker was quoting me $2500-3000 for car insurance even though I have been driving for over 20 years without an accident or claim just because I have a gap in insurance coverage. I didn't have a gap but wasn't able to prove it because I was in Australia in 2015 and their medical insurance is tied to their vehicle registration so even if I did get the records, it'll just show as registration and not insurance. My broker basically said nothing she can do and I'll have to pay unless I can prove I had insurance while in Australia. So I searched on google and saw that this office had good reviews and thought I'd get at least a second opinion. I spoke with Debbie and she was AMAZING. Super friendly and loves to make small talk, very down to earth and genuinely tries to help unlike all the corporate robots out there. Very patient with all the questions I had as well. I explained my situation and she told me to send her my driver's and claims history from ICBC and from Australia if possible. She got back to me with a quote a couple days later which was almost a THOUSAND DOLLARS cheaper than what my broker wanted me to pay. Not only that, it was a much better coverage as well. I will be working in Fort Mcmurray but I won't even bother with the insurance companies there, I'm just going to do all my insurance with this office. If you're in Alberta and looking for insurance, I strongly suggest not bothering anywhere else and just call Debbie!
I've been with them for many many years! The service has always been A+++ and they are quick to get the things done that I need! I can't imagine going anywhere else! Shout out to Debbie in St. Albert, who is always happy to answer my call and diligent on getting what I request done!
Randy’s staff are excellent to deal with and work hard to take care of all their clients needs. If you are looking for great service call their office.
