I recently wanted to change insurance providers as I felt I was being overcharged and sure enough by switching to Allstate I was able to save a whopping 1200 per year on my auto insurance!! My rep was Amanda Patrick and she walked me through the whole process of changing over and answered all of my questions very promptly and thoroughly. So far it has been a great experience.
Allstate is a huge company with 24/7 claims service. However, don't call your agent. Last 3 times, called to speak to my agent in St. Albert, I was directed to another agent outside Calgary. Usually not a big deal but I rather being able to talk to someone face to face or even via telephone when I call. You can't get personalized service here and I am currently looking for a local broker who understands local people.
Rebecca was a genuine pleasure to work with! Punctual with her phone calls, super understanding about any issues I had, followed up after an appropriate amount of time, the list goes on! I seriously believe there isn’t a single bad thing to say about my experience with Rebecca.
I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Sameer. He is extremely helpful and goes way and above and beyond any of our expectations to meet our needs. His customer service is phenomenal. He is extremely timely with his response and always provides additional information on what the next steps are or what we can expect. Allstate is an amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great insurance at great prices.
Allstate was the most reasonable rates and seems to really care about the customer. I have been working with Emily. She helped me out with getting our home insurance set up for our first home purchase and switching over our auto. We have saved so much money compared to our old insurer TD. She has answered all my questions very quickly and patiently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Amanda Patrick was so great to deal with! Where my previous broker failed to call me back when we were discussing shopping around for better rates, Amanda was able to help me get a lower rate with AllState while providing exceptional customer service! It was a quick, smooth process. Highly recommend her if you are interested in AllState!
I have my insurance with All State for 3 years now, Richard has been our agent. In this 3 years Richard has been amazing! He makes sure that we have the best rates possible and when we need anything is always available, answering any questions or concerns that we have. He recently help us with our Home Insurance and he made the process very easy and stress free. I would really recommend contacting Richard if you looking for some insurance, he is Great!

Amanda was fantastic to work with! She is saving me over $2000 a year in premiums with more than comparable coverage amounts. Please don’t talk to anyone else. You won’t be disappointed! Amanda is also able to help young new drivers obtain their first policies as she did with my teenage son.
I found Rebecca to be an outstanding agent who puts the needs of the client first and works hard to meet the requirements and expectations of the client. She is a great agent to work with and I would highly recommend her as she will go the extra mile for the client every time.
