My name isAlan Andre I have used this company since 1973 and since it has changed to Brokerlink I am very disappointed. I have called my contact Andrew Maynes three times in the last three business days it always goes to voicemail and he never calls me back. I was involved in a fender bender the other day and it wasn’t open fault. I want to know if this will affect my record but Ican never get ahold of my contact guy. Also no one ever reviews my policy to see if there are any savings that can help me out. I think after all these years as a dedicated customer I would deserve better service. I think I will be shopping around. Personal contact and more professional service and recognition would be appreciated. Not just “ send the cheque in”

That company should go out of business. Do your research. Read reviews. You can find much better quotes somewhere else as I did but turns out they held me in a contract for nothing I did wrong. I've been waiting 17 days for their manager Leslie Wade or Kim Dechaine to contact me. I guess Elon Musk will have people on Mars before any of those "caring and competent professional" ever raise a finger to do what they are paid to do. With the customers money

I have been using Brokerlink for my home and auto insurance off-and-on for 10+ years. Currently I have both of my policies through them, cancelling shortly. Predatory, dishonest tactics from these crooks. Their online quoting system and their customer service reps will give you wildly different numbers. Bait and switch - my online quote is 1900. The number I receive when I’ve repeated the same information to a “broker” ? or salesperson, more likely - 3200. Same information put into the system, two different outcomes. More importantly, the “brokers” that handle your file will probably make nearly zero effort to make coverage adjustments, or find savings for you. Not once have I received a phone call check-in from a broker when I’m approaching renewal time. You will need to be more educated than their salespeople, and guide them through the process. Optional coverages, deductible changes, limits and exclusions, they won’t make any effort to find what fits your needs. Lastly - an optional, additional coverage was placed my last 2022 home insurance renewal without my consent or notice, not so much as a phone call. It was removed promptly, but there was no explanation for it from Brokerlink. I’ll continue to use Brokerlink if they ever offer competitive prices like they have in the past but I won’t be trusting them further than I could throw them

If you value your time then choose a different company to work with. I have been using Brokerlink formerly HDF for the last 10+years, I would say in the last year or two customer service has been almost non existent. No follow up.. lengthy wait times on the phone. I have multiple policies commercial, auto, personal with this insurance broker but recently started moving all my policies over to Squareone. Square one is easier to track, less expensive and has better service overall.

We were in need of insurance for our condominium complex and Hanita Peters Was very professional and got us the best rate for all of our 59 units. Great service

The lady that helped me with my insurance policy is excellent at her job very friendly and helpful excellent person to talk to I would give a 10 out 0 to 10

Terrible service, couldn't get a straight answer even to cancel a policy that was long overdue. They play the run around game till you get tired and give up Try anyone else!!!!
