Intact Insurance

We have had to make a claim in the past few weeks. We have had amazing efficient service, from helpful friendly people. Everything has been smooth and with very little effort on our part. I would highly recommend Intact!

My insurance broker really messed up a transaction through Intact and wouldn't return my phone calls or emails regarding the issue so I contacted Intact directly. Both ladies I spoke to were so helpful and they sorted out my issue right away. I would definitely recommend their customer service and I was impressed with their service.

I'm having the worst experience with Intact right now. Don't recommend them to anyone anymore. Was in a car accident and I've been passed on to 5 different people. None of them had the information when a new person came on, even though I sent it to every single person. They don't call you back or email you back. They tell you one thing saying rates will be lower until they determine what's going on, then hit you with documents saying you owe a extra $120 a month. They are a nightmare to deal with. Try to call the customer service line to get answers and they said they'll message the representative and there manager to call me. ( twice this has happened) I still haven't received a call and it's been well over a week. Most negligent company I've ever dealt with. This accident was a almost a year ago too!

My daughter was charged a cancellation fee of $398.00 for having insurance with Nicolet for 5 days. She was quoted 320.00 per month, then was called three days later by the High Prairie agent stating that it was now $700. per month. My daughter cancelled at this agency and went to an insurance company with a lower costs with a customer friendly service agency.

Missed a couple payments after christmas after being off work without a choice for 2weeks was forced to choose between eating or being late on some payments.am now without insurance because the kind souls at intact decided to cut me off. been a customer of theres for 20years.greedy corperate pigs
