Relax The Back is the nation’s largest specialty retailer of products that relieve and prevent back and neck pain. Our Victoria back store offers more than 300 items; from pillows and support cushions to elaborate massage chairs, ergonomic office products, Tempur-Pedic Mattresses and Zero Gravity recliners. To: Relax The Back Subject: Thank You Hello Astrid and Erin. I was thinking of the people who have made the greatest difference in my life when it comes to healing my body and I thought you should know your at the top of the list. Thank you for bringing to the island the equipment to help me maintain. The medical experts that have tried to help don’t even come close to what your products have done for me. Thought you should know. Besides, your always sending out those thank you notes, I hope you get a few back. And another big Thank You from me THANK YOU 😊 🙏 🐘 Csaba

The service is helpful, but don't buy the body pillow made exclusively for the Relax the Back store. It is made of a synthetic holifill down product, and it comes folded up in a plastic carry bag. When you take it out of the bag, there will be some creases in the pillow as a result of it being folded up and packed away. The problem is that because it's not real down, the material basically severs at the creases - the pillow loses it's shape integrity. I've tried sleeping with it for a few nights, but the "cuts" in the pillow-fill occur exactly where I most need the support. I spent about $150 on this product because I have terrible back pain. It's not doing its job, so I'm not happy with it - 1 star.

If you need great furniture to properly support a back than this is a great stop, service is fairly good although they can be quite pricey. This type of equipment can always be a little pricey but they go overboard in this location and don't offer large purchase discounts or a disability discount as the one in Burnaby did. Check the web and search pricing before making a purchase
