It's very possible this is a great company, but, their ad on television is offensive - grandmas should not be using words that need to be bleeped out in front of grandchildren. (or anyone else for that matter!)

DO NOT buy from Murphy Wallbeds of Canada! PLEASE READ! No, I'm not a competitor. Just a customer who got screwed over by the owners. We bought a "Next Bed" from these guys. Got it home, followed the directions exactly as they are written and installed it. On the last step, the bed collapses! No joke. Springs fly everywhere, the frame buckles, and the support goes THROUGH my wall. I'm amazed that I wasn't hurt. I give Murphy Wallbeds a call and tell them about the situation. They say they'll take the bed back, but only with a 20% restocking fee! Great. So, now I've spent the good part of two days unpacking and assembling bed, then picking up the pieces and re-packing the bed, there's a huge hole in my wall, and they charged me close to $200 for my trouble! What a joke! After speaking with the owner, he basically tells me that I'm an idiot for not installing it correctly. Guess what? I followed the directions you created! This bed is dangerous, and the owner is condescending, arrogant, and has no idea what customer service is all about. If the beds these guys sell don't fall apart on you, then there's a good chance you'll get called an idiot as part of their "customer service". Please, please, please avoid having the same bad experience I had with these guys and stay away. There must be better companies in Victoria, because these guys are the worst.

hi we just had a murphy bed desk unit installed in our spare room ... the process was professional and efficient the end product looks great , very happy with the service and process thanks , becky dand
