Staff is very friendly and accomodating. I do not know if they are paid on commission but it does not feel like it. They are extremely helpful and not pushy at all. My elderly mother bought a full bed to go with her recently purchased bed frame. Turns out she ordered the wrong size bed. Tony cancelled the old order and reordered the new one at the sale price and it will be delivered only a week later than the original order. Thank you so much Tony. Only place i will ever go in the future when i need bedding.

I had bought beds here 1.5 years ago. They are heavy and hard to move. I went there to see about casters for the beds. They found enough in their warehouse and I was able to go there and pick them up. Good service.

Went in too find out about a delivery schedule...for Tuesday. Rudest sales person I've dealt with... Told me too come back when I have money!...(french ascent) Went too Leon' s instead..much nicer sales staff..and put a deposit on my new bed.

Happy with the Product and paid a premium price for it but was disappointed with all the extra fees that where added on. If I pay top dollar I would expected the best service. Honestly was very disappointed. Good product but that is as far as it goes.
