You could not have more friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lorinda, who greeted us, treated us like family. We ended up purchasing a nice five (5) piece bedroom set through her. She was not pushy and gave us plenty of space to look at different products. If we had questions, she answered the questions immediately and/or found the information we needed. After purchasing the Kincaid bedroom set, she has kept us up to date on when the set will be arriving at our residence. Lorinda is very knowledgeable, professional and has great Customer Service skill set. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy and especially Lorinda. She rolls out the red carpet for you!!! BTW, This is my very first post on social media but thought that it was warranted to let other customers know about La-Z-Boy (South Common store) and our sales person Lorinda are both fantastic to deal with. I liked how you have chosen to accommodate so many small sizing changes that help different sized people. I also appreciated the vastly improved controls on the chair for angle and recline. Very satisfying shopping experience. Can’t wait to get the chairs! Enjoying the anticipation. Regards EDIT...The chairs came 7 weeks later. I picked them up at the warehouse where friendly helpers loaded my truck. At home the chairs look great! We are enjoying them every day. La-Z-Boy was a really good idea.

The overall quality of the furniture and workmanship. We really liked the style and fabric of the furniture. Our salesman was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the products and services the company offers. We were very impressed with the entire experience Kevin provided. It was unlike any other furniture shopping experience we've had. We very much look forward to recieving the new furniture and being able to enjoy it for many years.

Richard's knowledge on the products and interior design were fabulous. He also introduced us to an interior designer which will be assisting us with further designs for our house. He really emphasized a look and design that we want and not what he thought looked good. We couldn't have been more pleased with his help. On top of this we ended up by scratching a saving of 20% on our purchase !!

Great experience all around. Sales staff were very friendly and informative. They did their best to help find what best suited my needs without trying to add on extras. Delivery was fantastic - very respectful while in my home, quickly assembled pieces and cleaned up after themselves. Booking delivery appointments as well as asking about the status on my furniture was also very straight forward. Could improve on the time frame from order to delivery as it took nearly the full two months. Otherwise, great products and service.
