I absolutely loved this place! The staff were great and really helpful but not overwhelming! The space is small but tidy and well organized! They have a GREAT selection of women’s fic/romance which isn’t too common for used book stores. They had some great titles in unreal condition. Will 100% be visiting again!
This place is so warm and inviting. They always seem to carry a great selection of books and the owner is wonderful and very knowledgeable about books!
Unfortunately they were not open Feb21 Sign says open and website too but doors locked. Standard mailbox greeting with no information on store hours. Quite a few people left disappointed. I'm surprised how many people were here for opening and stood until 1130 hoping for the best including me. Too bad.
Staff was friendly, was only there to buy a specific book. Didn't have time to enjoy their cozy atmosphere.

Went in today and purchased Catch 22 and I Am Legend. The store and the owner were awesome! This place is always what I imagined when I thought about ‘small family-owned bookstore’. Everything is very neat and clean, and theres a great selection of books. The owner was very knowledgeable about the books, and knew so much off the top of her head. I think I’ll start reading more just so I can visit this store more often.
I love used books...you can get 5 for the price of a new one...and I like that we have a used book store right in Sherwood Park so I don't have to go into the City. I periodically raid her kid's section because she has a lot and I can grab a whole pile for $20. Good romance, historical fiction, fantasy, true crime and general fiction selection too. The owner is super helpful and I get to support a local business. Win-win!
A friend of mine told me about the bookworm and I was so curious that I decided to go and check it out. I didn't even know a used book store existed in Sherwood Park. This place is amazing! I am a huge fan of historical fiction and they have one of the best selections I've ever seen in a used book store, plus the staff was very helpful and gave me great recommendations! I highly recommend checking this place out because they are a really great local find. I am definitely going to go back!
A locally run used book-store that offers store credit at reasonable value for trade-ins that may be used to the degree of 50% of your next purchase ie. $10 credit = $5 off your next book. The prices are generally fair and the quality of the books is above average. There is an especially impressive amount of fiction throughout the store, if such a thing strikes your fancy.
Great little used book store! Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
