The staff here are extraordinarily nice to deal with. They are very helpful, and take the time to show you were things are if you’ve never been there before. They have a cool thing going with their auctions as well. Over all great job! I can understand why people keep coming back!

Terrible experience dealing with Lori a couple years ago. I haven’t stepped foot in her shop since. I registered for a class and changed my mind a couple hours later and Lori would not refund my deposit money, she wouldn’t put it towards an in store credit or towards a class in the future. I was absolutely shocked and it still bothers me 2 years later.
