Old Hippy Wood Products Sherwood Park

We found the product to be beautiful and incredibly constructed. We decided to place a deposit down on some chairs as we had planned on refinishing our table however we could not get the table done as planned. Roger was understanding and we got our deposit back. Old Hippie Wood Products and Roger thank you for a positive shopping experience even when things don't happen the way we want them to!

What a great experience! The products are clearly very high quality and I was impressed with the craftsmanship. I bought a coffee table and I'm super stoked on it. The gentleman in the store was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and told me how to care for the table so it will last forever. I will definitely be back!

Customer service was quite poor. Dismissive and unwilling to answer questions or give additional information. Unknowledgeable. Background: I went in there a couple days ago looking for products made with specific types of wood. The salesman older gentleman was not helpful in giving me information on what products could be made available using certain material. He basically said that they're merely a store front that sells the furniture made elsewhere. What you see is what you get. It's almost like he didn't even know what types of wood were in the furniture in the store. I don't recommend Old Hippy Wood Products.
