Mastermind Toys Edmonton - Sherwood Park

I really enjoy mastermind, it's such a different atmosphere from most other toy stores. It has the toys I want to buy my child and his friends, and the prices are always fair, especially since there's almost always a sale or coupon. The store in Sherwood Park is great. There's always lots of staff on, and I've never once felt ignored or like I couldn't ask for help. It's always clean and tidy, and they have a ton of options. Plus, it has teenagers who know what train sets work together. Which means it has people who care about their jobs. Mind. Blown.

Love that they wrap gifts free of charge. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My kids love this store. Competitive pricing.

The staff is always very helpful when we need to find somehing specific or are just looking around. The train table is great to help keep the kiddos occupied for a few min while you look around. They are very patient with my kiddo when she counts out her money to pay for her purchase (3.5yrs so she isnt the fastest) and never make us feel rushed or that it is an inconvenience. The website inventory check is not very accurate but the staff has always been extremely helpful when I have called to check stock and will put it on hold for you.

We love this store. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. For a smaller store the selection is decent. They have a mix of educational toys and activities as well as traditional toys.
