I've loved this store. Its my go to for all my kids clothes shopping, and the occasional toy. Which are btw, used condition. As it's a used clothes and toys store. The other day I brought in a perfectly cleaned, fully functional paw patrol tower. Was told they can't take it without at least 1 car and character. So I bring it in again with TWO cars and characters. And then they decided to pass. Why you ask? Because it didn't come with the mini backpacks that come with the tower. And that means it apparently won't sell at their store. Did I get told they couldn't take it without the backpacks when they told me it needed cars and characters? Of course not. They love to waste people's time. Not too mention everything they've passed on in the past. Clothes I've literally bought from them that never got worn because it wasn't my sons style. They once offered me $9 for a baby carrier they ended up selling for $80yes I seen it in there myself, was a very different distinguishing carrier. Oh! And a pair of shoes they couldn't take because the bottoms had a little dirt in one of the crevices. Have you seen their shoe selection? I've seen shoes covered in dirt on the tops. And yet, I still remained loyal. Until this last straw.nnThese people are crooks. And so picky, its amazing they have stock at all for all they reject. I will never return after this. And I'm saying this as a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars here.nnAlso, took it to one of the other locations and guess what? They took it no problem.
Open bright store with an insane amount of new born to young children clothing. It’s all second hand. The store is clean and well lit. There is ample parking outside and easy access to the store. The clothing is clean and priced very reasonably. My wife and I now have a grand child and came here to find some nice for her. We were impressed with the store.
This store is bright, spacious, and clean. You can easily shop the aisles with a stroller or cart. At the front of the store on the right-hand side, they typically have a seasonal section set up so you can easily look through Halloween, Valentines, Easter, Christmas, etc. clothing options. The staff is always friendly and they will inform you about deals you may have missed when you are at the till checking out. You can bring in items that you are willing to sell to them, and they are typically pretty quick in going through them. They money you get from them for your items is pretty decent and typical for a thrift shop. They usually are quick to put a sign out on the sidewalk and/or the door if they are unable to take any selling buckets that day because they are either too busy with a sale or they have had too many buckets dropped off to go through. They have a large book, shoes, and toy section too.
Used to love going here, but they have one team member that is absolutely miserable every time I go there. Not to mention and bought a toy that is a major safety issue as it was missing a support leg. I called after I notice, and was told by the lovely representative that they would look for the missing part as they wouldn’t buy or sell something likes I never heard back so I brought in to return.nJust my luck it was the very rude, unfriendly representative. Who when I explained the situation and asked if they had found the pieced. Snapped back saying what piece and when showed her said they bought it like that. It very clearly goes against there policy post on the front door. They refund which is great but the fact this toy will probably be resold hurts my soul.nI will now be driving to support one of the other locations!nnHopefully they can find more happier staff and look at items better before reselling.
Don’t bother coming to this company to sell your items. I drove a long way to drop off 2 full bags of toys, dvds, stuffies and books; which were mostly all in great condition. I understand that they can’t take everything but they basically took nothing. They also make you come back later to pick up your money. But the thing is, you have to come back again the same day which is quite demanding. When I came back, they gave me 5$. What a complete waste of my day! I will not be coming back.. just go to value village and donate so kids can actually have access to the toys you are willing to recycle:
