Windsor Plywood Sherwood Park

Have been a customer at Windsor in Sherwood Park for at least ten years. They have been wonderful at helping us with advice, product knowledge, emergency deliveries of material and even helping carry my kids around the store. The team of workers are fantastic and you won't find better service then from Colin and everyone else. Highly recommend.

Not your average big box hardware store. The 5 Star difference is the knowledgeable staff that will take the time required to help you get your order correct so you can get jobs done right the 1st try at a reasonable cost. Last visit also involved recommendation for an installation contractor willing to take on a small 1/2 day job. Jim G was very helpful and patient as we worked through our objectives. His contractor recommendation was very responsive and helpful. I have no issue recommending WIndsor Plywood (in Sherwood Park).

Not often do you come across a business you wish it was possible to rate higher than 5 stars. The Sherwood Park Windsor Plywood store is one of those businesses. Colin and Ed and the entire staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention the incredible selection of Festool products available right there in the store. Not only are the tools on display, but the store is filled with examples of the type of projects you can accomplish with them. You feel welcome the minute you walk into the store. If you just want to look around on your own you are always given the space you need. Any questions are quickly addressed by the super knowledgeable staff. Well done everyone. Your location should be a model of how a business is run.

Colin and the team at Windsor are top notch. Always happy to help and full of knowledge for any wood and non-wood needs. I've decided to change my wood supplier and started supporting local here in Sherwood Park and Colin does an amazing job taking care of locals and non-locals alike. Lastly he is a HUGE supporter of the local Maker community and is fully engaged on Instagram and the small businesses in the community. If you've not checked out the store you must. Happy to recommend them.

I can't say enough good about the guys in Sherwood park. They always go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. Ed is just a brilliant craftsman and can help you solve any issue you have, while Colin is very knowledgable in wood selection and will go out of his way to get you exactly what you want. Appreciate how welcome you feel as soon as you walk through the doors, they give you the space to have a look around, but are there to assist you as soon as you need them. Keep up the great work. Best Windsor location I have visited.
