Terrible service. The store owner treats you like a toddler and yet he can't figure out how to ship things accordingly. I would suggest using Canada Post or Purolator over these guys any day.

Spoke to a manager, not only does UPS not want to pay a fair wage to people in North America, but LOVE to waste your time telling you what they CAN'T do for you. Now I know why you hide your phone number.

These guys are simply awful. I know little about other ups stores as I do not do business with them frequently but the people who run this store are rude and unfriendly. I would never use a ups store to ship anything despite that I find their delivery times to be outstanding usually.
