Dr. Colthrust is a great doctor. I am so glad me and my family are able to have him as a family doctor. The staff are amazing and diligent with making sure notifications of appointments are known, it's very clean and professional. It's been awhile since a previous appointment time made has been met. Love this clinic.

Almost no wait times and front staff are very professional and friendly. Doctors are great too!

Dr. Leyland is the definition of professional. I did my category 3 medical here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Great family clinic. Very timely and attentive staff. They respond to messages promptly and are diligent to follow up on tests and referrals. I am usually surprised when I call to make an appointment and they say “we can get you in today”. This clinic is so organized. They should be sharing their secrets with other clinics!

Called to book an appointment never been to this clinic before and was rudely cuttoff by the receptionist, She was rather short tempered, she told me they don't want to take any new patients. Well i pay my taxes and this is the third clinic in my area that are not accepting new patients, do i need to drive to the northside of edmonton just to get a basic checkup? Don't bother calling this location unless your one of their 30 patients they can't handle more.

I have been a patient at this clinic for several years and never had an issue. The staff are kind and welcoming. I love that it is appointment only as this ensures you're not waiting too long unlike many other places I've been. My child was squirmy when he was an infant and they knew exactly how deal with him. I see Dr. Dean Cave and have never had any complaints. He is to the point, doesn't sugar coat anything and gives you all the facts. He also has a great sense of humor for being a busy doctor. It's been about 6 years that I've been a patient of Dr.Cave and will continue for as long as he is practicing or that I am in Edmonton.

Dr Allen Wong has been my family physician since 2006. Both he and the front end staff have always been very caring, and accommodating. I am always able to schedule an appointment without issue, and in semi emergencies, they usually are able to get me in that day or the next. Simply the best care I have ever received.

I have been going here for a long time and only have positive things to say about my doctor but the clinic really dropped the ball recently when I called to make an appointment. I was told my doctor didn't schedule someone to fill in for him while he was on vacation so I would have to wait until he was back with the earliest appointment being in 10 days. I told them I wasn't picky and would be happy to see another doctor in the clinic to get me in earlier. They told me they "don't book ahead for other doctors". I explained to them I was leaving on vacation for 6 months and needed to see someone within the next week just to get a prescription. I was told to "go to your pharmacist to see if they can help you" they didn't ask the urgency or nature of the concern, so it was quite clear my health didn't matter to them. I asked what I should do if my pharmacist wouldn't write me my prescription and they left it on the tone of "well then you're out of luck". I write this review because I know its important the doctors get feedback about the level of service of their staff in order to try to improve.

Our entire family has been seeing Dr. Muzeyka for 14 plus years and the care is exceptional. They are always on time and friendly. Very clean and well kept clinic.

Dr. Donna Cave is an amazingly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. It has been easy to establish a trusting relationship with her. She uses other health care professionals as valuable resources to offer her patients the best possible wholistic care.
