Very bad customer service. The clinic did not pick up the phone after one hour and half. I called the manager of Rexall at least ask clinic to pick up the phone to make an appointment for myself. This is rude, Morally in correct to ignore to answer patients. I am hoping whoever is responsible in that clonic advise some respectful customer service skills.  I believe upper Authority from government must give them a piece of mind. These the pictures I got it today.  Disgusting . They treat patients cheap.Thanks.  Doctor Sher is young but he did great job for me. He is very caring doctor . Thanks god

The chairs in the waiting room are disgusting and need to be replaced as they are falling apart, and dirty, as a professional clinic the waiting room should also be cleaned or wipes provided. You are advertised as a walk in clinic, I came in as a walk in and ended up having to wait two hours for an appointment, when I returned i was told I needed to wait an additional 40 min. My phone number was not confirmed so now on all the requisitions I was given for tests and on the medical file there is some random phone number so now I cannot get me test results. I have tried calling numerous times to correct only to have the phone unanswered and although the hours say till 5, it is 4pm and it is now saying it is closed. The doctor however was very kind and listened to my concerns and very through. The front end medical office assistance should be taught patient care and show a little pride in the front end of the clinic as well quit false advertising and learn how to communicate properly and perhaps DO THEIR JOB

DR. DAREN LIND. That's the name of the doctor I saw who did not treat me with dignity and care. I felt violated by this experience due to something he did. I'm not the first person to complain about him if you read the other reviews, and by the looks of it certainly not the last.  When he came in, he didn't bother to introduce himself or look up from his laptop while he demanded for background. He gave me the nastiest glare when I dared to ask for his name. He was very condescending towards me and kept invalidating my experience with my condition. I even had to pull up my previous prescription just for him to believe that I wasn't lying. I've dealt with rude doctors before, but not at this magnitude.  On top of it all, he mentioned he was going to check my breathing. Next thing I know he walks over and just yanks my shirt up!! In all of my experience with doctors I was always given the option to pull it up myself or be asked for consent if they can do so. If I was wearing a regular bra at the time, my chest would have been exposed. I froze up and could not react at the moment due to fear that I will be treated much worse. I was exhausted at the time and just wanted my prescription to get out of there. I felt violated by this experience and found myself crying about it still weeks later.  I had to stop taking the prescription he gave me because the antibiotics were so strong, I started getting severe heartburn and acid reflux. Overall this was a traumatizing experience with a terrible aftermath. Please watch out and make sure you're not alone in the room if you get him. Better yet, just ask for a different doctor.

I’ve been there a few times! I haven’t wait too long to get in, and when it happens, it was just a busier day for them. Always been listen and treat accordingly to my condition at the time, with respect.  I have to had here, It’s been 9 years Im in Edmonton coming from Quebec where the medical system is Awful! Albertains are not aware that they have a great system here! In Quebec, I did wait 26 hours in an emergency room, and another time 13 hours without painkillers with a broken elbow! Having walk in clinic and labs make a huge difference when the hospital are then visit by real emergencies… I always tell friends and family how lucky we are here! I was sad when I saw Kenny cut 11 000 positions in health at the beginning of the pandemic worrying about if it will affect that beautiful system!

By far the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. Very long wait times over a hour with appointment. it’s clear that Dr. Lind has 0 experience with technology and checking files and can’t even produce a sick note. Absolutely no respect given to his patience, at one point I had to ask if I had done something to offend him. I’ll be sure if I have to ever use this location again I will do my upmost to avoid him. The waiting room is gross with tattered seats and gum stuck under most surfaces. I have had a more pleasant experience with other doctors at this location and the other staff is helpful and seem to show genuine care but in the future if booking an appointment I’d recommend avoiding Dr. Lind.

Dr.Sher is a great listener and an amazing doctor, but waiting was brutal. Made the same day appointment at 9AM and I was scheduled for a 3:15 appointment. When I got there on time, I ended up waiting for an hr and half to get into the doctor's office...

Hello what I am about to type in is important There is a doctor there that will try to get in to your personal life. I went Two months ago to get a prescription for a Ventolin he started ask me personal questions like how much do I make then what do I do for a job i'm a construction worker then he use his stethoscope and he didn't even ask me for my consent then say to me I been abusing the medication I work on a I work on a construction site so if I have to use it I will and If I don't need it then I won use it, It's not the hard so what I'm trying to say is DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTORS and the Doctor name is Andrew Sher and I promise I will make sure people knows him and his name.  P.S. I have made a complaint on Andrew Sher and the location.

The worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. it’s clear that Dr. Lind doesn’t know how to treat patient with respect. He didn’t  knock on the door entering the room. He ask me medicine and name of dr that did the injection to me back April last year !and when I told him in don’t remember! He lectured me not keeping my files with me!! My phone died waited 2 hrs there the reason I can’t pull out my information! But for godsake that’s why they have access to patient history on their computer!!! Then he insisted that he will refer me to physiotherapist he knows I told him I want to go to the location I had already booked for tomorrow since my husband physiotherapist really helped him to recover from his injury after seeing diff physiotherapist!! I asked him why I can’t choice which physiotherapist I can go! I even told him to be nicer coz I’m having anxiety attack dealing with him blaming me for not remembering my meds and dr who injected me !!!! I will never ever going back to this location it’s like a nightmare to start my 2023!!!

They have a giant sign that says "NO PUBLIC WASHROOM." What kind of reputable medical facility doesn't have a washroom? So after waiting 45 minutes I couldn't hold it any longer and I left. Guess I don't get my test results. ‍

Overcrowded waiting room, improperly enforced masking and other pandemic safety procedures. Waited for an excessive amount of time comparable to an ER visit. Would not recommend this clinic - or any walk in clinic - to anybody no matter how sick you are  I have actually been sitting here for three hours. This is an UNACCEPTABLE amount of time to wait at a walk in clinic.
