Dr. Mah is hands down the best medical professional I have encountered. He is quick and efficient, and never makes me wait in the lobby for more than a minute or two. He is also compassionate and I feel comfortable discussing my health problems with him. Plus, when I book an appointment with him I never have to wait more than a week, and often I am seen the next day. Thank you Dr. Mah for 23 years of excellent medical care.

It is very frustrating to book an appointment in this medical clinic, they won't give you a date when you needed a doctor. They will only give you a date when the peak of your illness/sickness were already over. The old receptionist that does answer phone call tells you to go see doctor from medicenter or call 811 if have medical concern questions. It's sounds like I have to find available doctor to see me even though I have a family doctor in this medical clinic. This is ridiculous. What is the point of family doctor when old receptionist instructing patient to go in medicenter. And to the old receptionist that mostly answers phone call, you are not a nice person to answer patient call, as with the way you talk you don't have compassion, I may be wrong who knows. I understand AB is very short of doctors, but let me remind you, you don't deprive patient not to be seen by their family doctor as ER is not the answer all the time. ER from the word itself, ERMERGENCY. Patients that seek emergency care NOT emergency consult/check-up.

They force masks , then since pandemic is over and if you don't have one, the receptionist with glasses and longer hair , will pass you one with rage. She takes her rage and issues out on patients she decides in her mind are "bad" probably due to the apparent chip on her shoulder and low self esteem issues

I’ve been going to this clinic for a few years but recently my family had an appointment for our annual physical exam but they refused to see us because we caught the flu. The receptionist told us that other patients might catch it from us so asked us to book again after we recover. I think it’s very unprofessional for a medical clinic to deny seeing patients who are sick and it also defeats the purpose of being our family doctor. I rather do walk ins and go to other clinics who would at least see us when we are sick.

Really great clinic! I've been coming here for the past several years now and have never had any issues! I don't know why people are saying that Dr. Mah rushes his patients, I've been seeing him since I was a kid and he's always been very considerate and will take the time to completely hear me out. He's also extremely knowledgeable and I can tell he truly cares about my well-being. I was having issues with my one insurance company with a certain medication and he gave me 6 months worth of free samples that were expiring soon which saved me around $1200 so as far as I'm concerned he's one of the best doctors I've ever had!

Elina is totally and very professional. She deals with patients with care and concern. Supports physicians with her best of ability. Elina creates a positive and very welcoming attitude at the clinic. Keep it up Elina.

Dr Mah is a understanding and a compassionate professional , always on time and willing to help you , his front staff are also helpful

I don't like writing negative reviews but this clinic was hard to deal with. It took a long time to get through to actually speak to the receptionist. It sometimes rang busy or just keep ringing and ringing with no answering machine. When I would get through it usually would take me a couple weeks before I could see my doctor who was away a lot of family business so I finally just switched to a different doctor's office.

I had a medical problem and I had a doctor appointment. Very busy clinic.
