I saw Dr. Uretsky and left the office crying tears of relief because I finally felt validated and like someone took my concerns seriously. I had been dealing with severe period pain for ages and have always been told to either 1 take painkillers and/or 2 go on birth control or just dismissed and told that everyone gets painful periods. There was no further investigation on the underlying reasons why I was having severe cramps and lower back pain to the point of missing work and school and I gave up looking for help for it for a long time until recently when it got worse. He listened, validated, provided information, investigated and provided a treatment option but also was realistic and let me know what to expect and how to move forward if the treatment doesn't work. This was the first time I left a doctors office feeling like I had direction and something to look forward to and had hope for possible relief - but even felt okay that if it didn't work and we had to start from square one because it felt like I would still get adequate support and information if that was the case.

I won’t give them 1 star, but honestly they couldn’t get much worse. My first visit I got an iud and felt very dismissed. When I asked if it would be painful, she told me it will be uncomfortable and I’ll feel some cramping similar to period cramps. It was easily one of the most painful things I have ever experienced, and I’ve been told I have a very high pain tolerance. A searing hot pain that zaps through your entire body. Upon leaving the clinic I immediately threw up. When I asked about pain killers, I was told take Advil or Tylenol, but it should go away. It hurt so badly I couldn’t without crouching over from the pain for like a week. The second time I went, I think I had a better experience l. I recall it being a different doctor. Also the receptionist was rude. I’d highly recommend Zia medical clinic as a different option. Dr. Hanjani is so caring, and really takes her time with you.

Excellent services from the reception to the physician. Receptionist was professional and quick. Dr Gupta is one of the best physician I've come across so far. She listens carefully and discusses all aspects in detail.

Excellent services right from the reception to the physicians. I have seen Dr. Fyfe Brown in the past and at present Dr. Dana Rivet. They have both been exceptionally good and they care. For the procedures i have had every thing was explained to me well. I know i have been in good hands. I definately recommend this clinic and the doctors.

Can't say enough great things about Dr. Fyfe-Brown. She is compassionate, thorough & leaves you feeling heard and & well informed about your options. After explaining my history and situation she repeated it back to me to confirm that she clearly understood my needs & what I'm going through, which I deeply appreciate as someone with ADHD & anxiety related struggles around communication. She is a safe doctor informed on the healthcare needs of LGBTQ+ individuals, gender affirming care & related privacy/wellness concerns. Also the only doctor I've seen who did not dismiss or indefinitely delay my request on the basis of my age or their personal beliefs on what my life should look like, childfree friendly. -2 stars because the front desk communication is quite honestly, terrible. The phone lines are supposedly open for 6 hours a day, but in practice it's more like 5 hours, or none, if the line happens to be busy when you get a chance to call on your coffee break. I've never been to or heard of any other clinic that does not do voicemails, at all, ever. This is at best an unfair roadblock to care for those with jobs, and at worst borderline ableist. We don't have equal rights without equal access. I am imploring the clinic to please work on a solution for this as I can see I'm certainly not the only one impacted by it, more staff? Staggered lunch breaks? Online appointment booking pending referral confirmation? A callback request service for when the line's busy? Voicemail or even email/text communication options, it's 2022 after all. I will continue coming here for Dr. Fyfe-Brown alone, they are lucky to have her.

I was really hopefully going into my assessment, as I’ve been dealing with the same issue for 5 years, with very minimal improvement despite seeing various healthcare professionals. I was finally referred to this clinic, reassured I would be seeing a specialist. My assessment was very brief, with no real history taken at all it’s a very complex condition so I was very shocked when a through subjective history wasn’t taken. There was no explanation following the assessment regarding diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment planning. I was simply given a prescription for a cream and sent on my way. I even expressed my concerns and and asked some follow up questions, which were essentially disregarded with no empathy. I am honestly that once dr. Palinska is back, I have a better experience.

I love the staff and doctors at CCWC! They are professional, great at what they do, and provide amazing support to their patients. Would definitely recommend this centre.

Horrible experience, first of all I got referral months ago, they didn’t call back I can’t be completely sure but at least 7 to 8 months after my referral. Then I changed my appointment because only once because I was travelling for those dates. My second appointment they canceled themselves, because doctor was changing office or something to than nature. My third appointment they had to still cancel it because apparently “moving office” wasn’t complete but this time they left a voicemail letting me know that they were cancelling an appointment and they wanted me to call back and reschedule. I didn’t call back because by the time I was planning my trip and wasn’t sure of my dates obviously so I called them back 2 months later to schedule a new appointment. The receptionist tells me that only way they can schedule me for an appointment is if I go there in person and pay $100 in cash because I had “missed” appointment. So I explained it to them that it has to be a mistake because this is what happened, they themselves actually cancelled appointments with me twice. Anyway, she said the doctor requested this and there is nothing she can do. I’m definitely going to a different clinic. I wish I didn’t waste my time waiting for them for a whole year to see the gynecologist .

Dr fyfe-brown is so wonderful! The best OBSGYN i’ve ever met. The staff at the clinic were nice and everything was so smooth and fast. I’m lucky I got referred here for my first pregnancy care.

Dr Pelinska is a amazing and sweet OBGYN. She cares alot and explains every detail you are in and lets you decide on avaliable options without being pushy on any of it. Her assistant Preet is the best as well in getting back to me in a very reasonable time for any called in concerns I have with my pregnancy. I recommend this clinic and doctor.
