Great medical practice with excellent Doctors. Never had any issue with staff as they have always been friendly and willing to help. There may be long wait lines sometimes but that's the nature of the business. Rather wait longer when my GP will actually listen and take the time with me then leave feeling I got pushed out and not listened too.
I see there’s a lot of bad reviews for this clinic and I’ll be adding one more. I made an appointment here and was excited to have found a doctor or so I thought. I got into the appt and she basically told me I would be there for 15 minutes, she’d be asking questions NOT me & I basically shouldn’t talk. I was absolutely stunned by this I had stuff I needed dealt with but I can’t ask questions?? That’s just the beginning of the horrid appt and ended up that the doctor thought I should find another clinic to go to after I voiced surprise at the way this appointment was going. I was so shocked and confused that I started to cry this just seemed to make her more rude. It was really horrible and I left feeling extremely vulnerable, small and unsupported. Clearly this clinic is about getting patients in and out as fast as possible to make money not about patient care. So who advocates For the patients if everybody seems to be advocating for doctors all the time? I agree ER doctors are special & need our support but doctors like this, that treat their practice like a big business don’t deserve support. If you would like to join me in a action/complaint I have a few people that are with me in making a complaint with the college of physicians and surgeons if you would like to join us in this complaint please contact me through this review. This doctor should not be practising with human beings because clearly she doesn’t care about them, only profit.
Not having enough walk-in doctors and you cannot visit a walk in doctor when family doctor is fully booked .Terrible service when you need to visit a doctor and family doctor is fully booked. At least they should allow walk-ins .
Only Philippines people can have a family Dr here. Not others only you allow walk-in go if you go many times doesn’t matter???? My dr told me you able get in ultrasound within 3days when you call ultrasound they told minimum 1-2 month????
Update: Unfortunately it's become extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at this clinic. There are times I call for days on end with no pickup. Is there no call waiting? Still love my doctor and the care she provides, but unfortunately something really needs to change with the receptionists. Really great medical clinic. Dr Basson is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I never feel rushed out or not listened to, she's really awesome. The staff have always been great too. Very friendly, the call backs are very quick, no complaints about this place at all!
Super rude admin team, I walked in to a group of 6 ladies "working" they were talking and laughing amongst themselves the desk and no one was willing to help me out. It also goes to show how the desk has so many workers yet the comments talk about how no one answers the phone.
Definitely one of the worst Medical Clinic. Very Unsatisfied + another time the doctor actually gave me a wrong prescription.
Called to book an appointment, we were told to come between 11am to 2 pm as walk in. We took a day off from work for our kid for this visit, walked in to the clinic and guess what... we were given excuses for not taking us as walk in. So we lost our appointment for kid that was more important for us, front staff didn't bother to ask if it was something urgent or not to see the doctor and we were told straight away doctor is not available. We made a mistake to choose this clinic for our son. RECOMMENDING NOT TO GO HERE. Save yourself time and get a better place where there is some sort of compassion for patients than telling them right away there is no time for the doctor to see us.
Their late appointment policy is $50 for a 15 minute appointment and $100 for a 30 minute appointment. Yet every time I have an appointment at this clinic I wait 45 mins to an hour. Today I waited an hour to get a script refill… should I be expecting $100 in the mail for my time? It's clear this clinic is more about profit than professional care. The staff run around frantically. Stresses are high, 1 ailment per visit policy, no results or prescription refills over the phone... it feels like patients are a burden to the staff at this clinic. The clinic is also filled with copious amounts of bulletins, rules and regulations taped all over the walls. Several of the notices were announcements from 2019/2020... it's 2022... it looks trashy and the clinic clearly lacks responsible leadership and management. When I asked about Telehealth options for their physicians I was told,by my now former doctor, "Telehealth is the death of family care. No we don’t offer Telehealth.” I firmly disagree. Capitalistic "healthcare", bolstered by horrendous service and lack of professionalism will be the death of "family care" and this clinic. Adapt or be overcome...this was my final visit to this poor excuse of a clinic. 1 star because Google Reviews doesn't allow 0 stars.
I was a patient here for 8 years and no longer getting treatment here. The worst part of this place is the admin. Please choose a different location for care. You will have long wait times especially with appointments and good luck getting your prescription refilled especially by fax.
