Welcome to the new Windermere Medical Clinic (WMC)!

At WMC we are committed to providing our patients with timely, accessible, professional and compassionate healthcare.

We are a team of proficient and quality-oriented health care professionals. Our mission is to ensure our patient’s health and wellness. We are dedicated to meeting all your healthcare needs in a competent and caring manner.

Our services include a Medical Clinic, a Psychology Centre and a Travel medicine Clinic to provide a unique and holistic approach to our patient’s health and wellness. Our multidisciplinary team consists of family physicians, specialists, psychologists, pharmacists, RNs and LPNs enabling an integrative and innovative approach to achieving and maintaining good health, happiness and well being.

At WMC we are proud to have a team of specialists from different fields under one roof, which allows for consultation and collaboboration so that conventional medicine and complementary disciplines can work in unisonthe to heal the mind, body and spirit.

Waited at this clinic on walk-in for ~3 hours before I was able to see a physician. The reception staff made no attempt to update me on how long it would take/apologize for the delay. Once I was finally able to see the physician, he told me he has no idea why I was having the issue and didn’t prescribe any medicine for the inflammation/pain. Despite what they say; walk-ins are NOT welcome at this clinic. I highly recommend going to another clinic if you do not have an appointment. Pharmacists at the attached pharmacy are wonderful though!
I love my doctor, she is kind, knowledgeable and sensible. However, dealing with reception is the worst. If they answer the phone, you end up feeling berated, unimportant, and treated like you’re paperwork, not a human that needs help caring for their health. When you need to give up a built health relationship to find a new doctor because the clinic is so terrible to deal with, that should say enough.
I have been coming to this clinic for approximately 2 years- I love the online booking system and if I’ve ever had to change or cancel an appointment I found their text responses to be very quick- I find the front desk staff to be very friendly and efficient- The MOA who takes my vitals and takes me to the room is always very friendly and accommodating- Dr Mowbrey is an amazing physician!! I have never waited more than 5 minutes for her in a room and she is very kind and takes whatever time is needed for my concerns, sometimes which are many- I would highly recommend this clinic as I have never experienced any of what I have just read on previous reviews
I’ve had usually very poor experiences at walk in clinics. I saw Dr Ali Baker today and he was super fast, professional and kind. I saw him walk in and he called me up within a minute. Super impressive. Nice guy and clean clinic.
The only reason I still go here is because the doctor I have is amazing. Unfortunately the reception desk is a joke. It’s impossible to get a hold of them to book an appointment, and their website never works how it’s supposed to. Not to mention the front desk staff are extremely rude, constantly. I don’t think I have had one good experience with them, its actually baffling. I don’t recommend coming here at all.
If you’re looking for somewhere to get an IUD, this is a really great place. Dr. Mulberry was super understanding and made me feel comfortable. The process was quick, both for booking and when I came to the appointment. Highly recommend.
I’ve been to few other clinics but this by far is the worst one in Edmonton. The wait time is ridiculous, you wait for 2+ hours just to get to the room and then you spend another 30 mins to see the doctor who is going to visually scan you and give useless advices so as prescriptions, they don’t hear you, they just want to spend no time for their patients. I met few different doctors here for walk-ins and all of them were so unprofessional! I highly don’t recommend this place, even if it’s close by to you just find another one with better reviews, don’t waste your time.
I've always had a great experience here. I love the online booking. My doctor is fantastic and I've never had any problem with the staff. That being said, I only come once a year for a physical so your mileage may vary.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had too unfortunately. Dr Reesa hassan is a horrible doctor. She has no time or care for patients. Wastes your time to come back to tell you nothing is wrong just as a money grab. Says she will refer you to other doctors but they never call. Just keeps telling you to come back so she makes more money. Get better care from a walk in doctor than my own family doctor
I only went there once in hopes of getting a mental health diagnosis or referral. the doctor gave me a test and pen and then he walked out so i filled it out while he was gone and when he came back he didn't even look at the paper and just gave me corny life advice which I already practice like that was gonna help and clearly wanted me to leave.
