The long waiting time is frustrating! Appointment was scheduled for 9h00 am for a follow up on previous exams! We arrived at 8h30am in case the doctor was free so she could see us earlier, but we got seated at 9h08am into exam room, by the time I'm writing this, it's 10h00am and the doctor is not here yet!

Great service. Didn't wait that long. Staff are friendly. Clinic is neat and clean. The doctor was so great. They charge you reasonable charges for the uninsured services. I would like to thank the clinic for providing such great services specially during thus tough time of the pandemic.

Avoid them at all cost if you can. Very unprofessional. I scheduled an Immigration Medical Appointment at 10am and after being held in the waiting room the lady comes to let me know that the panel doctor supposed to see me was not around and asked me if I wanted to reschedule it... Seriously? You guys wait for people to be in the waiting room to call the doctor and ask if she/he is coming or what? Thank God there was another panel physician to assist me otherwise I would've to reschedule but I can guarantee you that I would ask for my $260 refund and go have my IME done somewhere else. By the way, avoid asking people to pay at the reception if the panel physician is not around!!!

It is usually a good place to go for quick walk in appointments and quick solutions to urgent medical needs. The staff is very polite and forthcoming, and most of the doctors, except one doctor, I encountered by the name of Dr Khan. He is very angry, harsh, and imposing on patients. He has no respect and should not be working as a doctor with his attitude and conduct. However the rest of all the doctors are fine.

Both my Doctors over a span of at least 20 yrs have been both very thorough every time, all medical treatments and medications were a success for myself and my family they are exceptional doctors here. My only complaint is I have to call like 6 times and be put on hold for more than 20 min each time cause NO ONE ANSWERS... I run a company I can't afford to miss out on money by waiting on hold... Come on please fix this issue immediately... Thankyou

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I visited this clinic in 2017 to do the Medical Exam for my Canadian permanent residency application. There was a "technical" issue with my X-ray the first time, and I had to repeat it again, which I did in April 2017. I went on with my life assuming that my medical exam results has been submitted to IRCC by this clinic. In April 2018 exactly one year later and while I had moved to Ontario, I received a call from this clinic, following up with my test, and asking me why I never came in to repeat the test which I had already done exactly one year before. So I explained the situation to her, and she is like oh well I think we have lost your results and you have to do it again! WTH!!!! not even a small apology not that an apology would have made the situation any better. My application could have simply been rejected because of their mistake and losing my results which hopefully didn't. I ended up finding another doctor in Ontario and paid for the third time and repeated the tests once more. I just have one thing to say: STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.

Terrible place to walk in. Dr said doesn't deal with my daughter's follow up simple fracture, let alone kids. Said I should go to emergency for a follow up which is NOT what emergency waiting room is for. Basically said I shouldn't have gone there and wouldn't help us. Then called to follow up to say the exact same thing and told me that I'm wrong. I work in that area of health care and have many family members that work in health care and can tell you that the Dr had NO idea what they are taking about. Waste of my time. They didn't even order the correct xray. So NOT recommend going there.

This Center needs to have a HUGE overhaul! When you go in for a walk-in your imminently told that there is no walk-in doctor. Even though on the hours posted on the FRONT door tells you what the walk-in hours are...I have honestly called this location to see what doctor was in only to be told they did have not have any doctors working! Best part! They are OPEN until 10 pm! How does that work? Its a medical center correct? The staff is very rude and not helpful or wanting to assist you. They are very slow to find you an appointment. The appointments they do have are very specific and very inconvenient. Why? Well because you will not see the doctor at the time you set up! Expect to be sitting an extra hour or more to see your doctor at your appointment. Doctors are okay they like to talk very loud with paper thin walls. When sitting in the lobby you will hear doctors talk to patients and you better believe you will hear about why other patients are there as well. I would only recommend this place as a last resort. The medi center across the street is a slow option but a better option.

Went in to see Dr. Siha today. Was there for a follow up exam and he acted annoyed by the fact that I was even there. Told me I should be better by now, wouldn't listen to me about how I am still hurting. Spent about 90 seconds examining me. He has zero people skills. I do not recommend going to this clinic. Wish it would let me give zero stars.

I visited them today for immigration purposes, I was bit skeptical due to such low ratings on their reviews. I am writing a review to share my experience today with Dr Barbara. As soon as I got in, I was greeted by reception, then I was taken inside by the nurse for further examination and later joined by Dr her self. She took great amount of time to ensure all the aspects been looked after and she made sure that we have enough medications for prescription. Dr also took time to ensure where are dyna life and insight are located . My experience great one!! Thank you .
