Came in on a Monday around 11am, waiting about 15 mins. I was helped by Jason who fixed my issue with TD rewards that the call centre and another branch I visited couldn't or wouldn't fix. I had to leave quickly for an appointment and he handled the problem and called me once it was solved. Very happy with the service

Had a really great experience with Kenneth in setting up a new account. He answered every question I had with ease and then some. Would definitely recommend TD

As the other reviews have stated, the service is terribly slow here. I don't believe it's a lack of staff as usually they're at least 2 people sitting around on their computers. Regardless of these people being managers or not, every TD branch I've been into, the managers will always step up to the plate if it's busy. I truly believe this location needs a shift in management.
