Filled out the paperwork for an Account transfer in October. It is now the end of June. Still yet to be resolved, despite escalation to management and persistent phone calling. Save yourself the hassle, do your business elsewhere.

I hate the fact i have to visit the bank to make an appointment...to visit the bank. They should just get rid of the phone number. No one ever answers it.

If I could I would rate this bank to big fat zero. As a business owner, I never bank with TD anymore. They have one think in mind how to get your money. especially this branch and commercial banking.
