RBC Royal Bank

I came by to this branch yesterday for help with getting some foreign currency. I was brushed off by Asian clerk saying that I should do that through my online banking. I've already waited in line a while and asked her to assist since I was already there and had never done it before. She still sent me off. Funny enough but a few days prior another clerk offered me assistance with ordering the currency. Is that service inconsistency? Maybe! But looks like someone is not doing the job they're paid for. Not cool, RBC!!!

It took 5 minutes for a roll of quarters. I was next in line the entire time. I felt like I grew older waiting for my roll of quarters as I listened to the "client" before me discuss her vacation experience with the cashier. No transaction, just chatting. Me, sweating hopping I get quarters in time to plug the meter 😬

If you want to get things done, don't come to this branch, especially if you are a business customer. They're more interested in chatting than getting work done.

I came to deposit a draft yesterday and was told that the draft from TD needed two signatures and was told to go to WVan to get the second signature. Instead, I went down to Scotia and deposited the draft, no question asked! Check your facts!

One of my favourite banks out there. Service is extremely friendly and very helpful.
