I went here yesterday to sell my Bitcoin, I arrived at 11am which is when their sign in the door says they are open, it was sill closed, I then checked their website which said they open at 11:30am so I waited until 12pm and they were still closed. Finally I called the number provided and the man on the phone said his employee was not there and they would not be open until 1:30 because he had to take a drivers test..how unprofessional is that?! I came back at 1:30 and they still weren't open. They failed to leave a sign or some type of notice stating that they wouldn't be open. I sahave several people outside waiting as well who were just as frustrated by this flakey joint. I ended up selling my bitcoins to a few people waiting outside to buy from him and we all avoided the extremely high fees they charge. He charges upwards of 20$ per 100$ bought or sold which is a rip off. Anyone looking to buy Bitcoin is better off going across the street to the waves coffee house and use the ATM in there. Glad I was able to find buyers and never have to let this unprofessional, lazy sloth take my money in ridiculous fees. Avoid this place and take your bitcoin elsewhere

I'm wondering why I was charged at 3996.802 cad for 1 xbt when the current exchange is at 3380 cad for 1 xbt. It cost me 15% to use this atm?

i put in 20 Canadian, in the machine the first day it was installed. tomorrow i am cashing out, and will tell you my value. i am surprised, what Sept 13th, 2013 to tomorrow will bring, darn the commission, and helpfulness " which in my case is almost nil " if it wasn't for slightly experienced buyers.

The ATM will not show you the fee they charge. Based on the final amount they display it appears they charge a 6.44% fee when comparing to the prices on coinbase. For reference coinbase charges a 3.99% fee.
