Our favorite Indian restaurant in the city! Literally everything is delicious. Some standouts to me personally were the extremely beefy samosas that came with three dipping sauces omg! We ordered a couple entrees and everything was absolutely perfect. Our waiter was super nice and attentive and dinner went without a hitch! We came during Diwali so we made sure to get a reservation!
For the best Indian halal food, head over here. They do grill platters and fusion food so well. I loved the ceviche on papad and the fish platter. Tandoori heaven! And lots of veggie options too. Mango cheesecake is to die for. Remember it’s BYOB! Go here now!
Tiny restaurant. All our meat was quite overcooked and overall the food just wasn’t it. Bread was good and all sauces as well. Waitress was nice, just not really having a system or too overwhelmed. I would consider this a pick up or delivery spot only. I wouldn’t mind the little higher prices if the spot would be at least little nicer and smell good!!! I am sorry for the bad review, but I was really disappointed.
The food here is always amazing. They catered our wedding and did a PHENOMENAL job. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The whole catering team was responsive, early for the event, and were communicative throughout the whole process. Go eat at one of their physical locations, yes, but I highly recommend their catering for your next event. The catering menu is varied and flexible, too!
The food is delicious! I like this place, they have big sizes, the food taste fresh. The waitress is nice and helpful. You can bring alcohol if you want $5 fee and you can even bring a cake. I think it’s one of the best Indian restaurants in the city.
This tasty Indian restaurant offers great variety of dishes with notorious spice flavor. Their samosas vary from meaty to vegetarian friendly options, highly recommend the potato ones. Lamb tandoori was fantastic. The tandoori chicken empanadas were killer! Great meal, definitely crafted with love.
My husband and I travelled all the way from Philadelphia to Chicago and tried this place. We didn't have to look far for this AMAZING halal restaurant. The food was superb! The lamb was really tender and the sauce was extremely flavorful. Being a HUGE fan of samosas I had try their beef and vegetarian ones. The samosas were amazing especially with the sauces provided. We were extremely happy to have enjoyed the food and it kicked our Chicago experience to a GREAT start. Their curly fries are so so good you must try them! 100% Recommend!
We were visiting Chicago for a night and we decided to give this place a try based on great reviews. We were so happy that we did end up going here! Faraz personally greeted us he is the chef and owner too. He and his team was super cordial and took great care of us. The food was delicious but I think the service was what made it stand out even further. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and will come back again!! Must try: Falooda Kulfi ice cream and any dish with their signature tikka sauce!
My experience were really good. Staff was nice and helpful. They had so many recommendations and were overall super nice. The food was absolutely delicious! The steak was amazing, so juicy and tender and also not to big or small. The tandoori chicken was also really tasty. You get hints of different flavors when you take a bite.
