Good and quick service, nice staff. Fries were amazing, definitely fresh. Spicy Gyros and hot dog were pretty average, nothing too big, portion sizes small, good prices though.

Nice little hot dog shack. Stopped in for a Chicago dog and it didn’t disappoint. Wish I had been hungry for more as their menu looked so good! Definitely want to try a milkshake next time.

If you’re craving a halal hot dog, then this place is the answer. Their burgers are great too but we specifically come for the Chicago dog and the cheese fries, which i believe are made with freshly cut potatoa daily welcoming and great staff too.Recommended dishesThe Slim

Worst gyro I’ve ever had. See picturesIt was burnt greasy pieces of gyro meat with barely any meat in the sandwich. Cheese for the fries was old and nasty as well. Just go elsewhere.

One of the best burgers I’ve had!!! Burger was well made and HUGE. I definitely recommend curly fries over regular fries. Small little place, but really nice. I will be back to try the milkshakes!!!

If you want to quench your burger cravings, you can never be disappointed with Slim’s. It has very tasty and juicy burgers, especially their signature burger, "The Slim’s Burger". It also offers a variety of sandwiches, like a chicken sandwich and an Italian beef sandwich. They also offer homemade soups and salads. If you have kids with you, they have a kid’s menu, which includes hotdogs with fries. Milkshakes are also available, as are desserts like vanilla ice cream. They also offer chicken wings in barbeque or buffalo flavors. What I like here is that the burger patties were not frozen; they were freshly made from scratch. I will definitely be recommending Slim’s to my friends and relatives.

Owner is super amazing : makes the place because the food is already fire! Had the chicken poboy and the burger with the Italian beef! A fav for sure

Slim’s is our go to spot for lunch and/or dinner. Food is delicious and consistent. Best burgers in Chicago hands down. Highly recommended.

Prices went up and quality went down from the last time I was here. Seems like they want to nickel and dime you for anything extra here. The slim was good, but not enough bang for your buck.Recommended dishesThe Slim

The chicken poboy sandwich was perfectly cooked. It was juicy and tender. The strawberry shake was perfectly made. The fries were ok maybe next time we’ll try the curly fries.
