Swiss Chalet

We were seated quickly and did not wait too long for a servernThe Thanksgiving specials were pretty good.nnThe 3 stars only were for what came after the main course.nnWe got pie for desert. My Coconut cream pie was still frozen and inedible. My drink refill came when we were leaving. The bill came while we were still eating. The waitress stood there and waited. I found it extremely rude and pushy. At least wait until I drop my fork and chew.nnThe floors were messy. No one sweeping up the dropped food for the full hour we were there.. Shame because it started off well.

I had an amazing experience at this Swiss Chalet. The food was fresh, flavourful, and came out quickly. The service stood out the most the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect.nnA special shout-out to Joshua M., the supervisor. He checked in on us, made sure we were taken care of, and showed genuine professionalism. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience because the whole team ran smoothly with him there too.nnOverall, great atmosphere, great food, and great service. Definitely one of the best Swiss Chalet locations I’ve visited.

We just received our food delivery It was COLD, plus my mac & cheese pulled pork looked like it was someone's leftover. The dish was 2/3 full and there was a lost french fries in there as well. Check picture. I tried to call the restaurant instead putting it online but nobody was able to answer the phone. I understand Saturday is a busy night, but nobody can answer??

When we arrived we were greeted immediately and our server Maria was so nice! She brought extra napkins before we could ask and checked multiple times to make sure we were okay :. The food was bomb with good portions and it was brought super fast! The atmosphere was perfect and I would 100% come again!!

Our waitress was amazing, very busy but maintained her wonderful attitude and smile, helped us through questions and us having kids was accommodating to thier needs and food likes and dislikes. She vas very polite, listened to everything, always checked up and made sure we were good. This you lady deserves a raise or something as a thank you for being a great employee and ambassador for Swiss Chalet.
