Absolutely wonderful experience. Delicious food and surprisingly good coffee. We went at peak brunch time on Sunday and had a 30-minute wait. They had this sweet and savory breakfast tart, which was so good. We also tried the grilled cheese with tomato, which was great as well. Just all around tasty food and great service. Expect a wait time if you go during peak hours, but it's so worth it.

Great find. They have an excellent brunch menu and the prices are unbeatable. Staff was super-sweet and attentive. We arrived just before opening and there was already a line, but we had no problem getting in. We didn't feel rushed and food came promptly. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered a Club Sandwich with sweet potato fries and 1lb of spicy chicken wings. Everything was very good, especially the sweet potato fries.nnThe Third has great food and is a great place to eat in or take out.nnI recommend trying the burger with bacon and cheese. They may not look big but they're delicious and the perfect size.

Very good brunch offered in this restaurant. Menu is kept simple with options for all. Very good quality-price offered. Staff is friendly and nice. Seatings available inside.
