Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Been going here since they first opened during my high school days and haven't been disappointed once. I love going here on Monday, Tuesday, & Thursdays to get the specials that day Mon - Tenders, Tuesday - 2pc, Thursday - 3pc. The Cajun fries here are absolutely amazing. Top-tier fast food fries by far. My go to dipping sauce for the chicken is blackened ranch or mash potatoes with the gravy.

Always fun opening the bag when you get home with a new item to try out! Except when the kitchen didn't bother to read your order....nnWould have been a shock biting into these ghost pepper wings if I hadn't been tipped off by the lack of them being boneless.nnAlso tried the strawberry biscuit, it was ok, but could have done without the char.

fresh chicken, seasoned well, favourite place to eat when in ottawa, had to go the second day to grab a box of biscuits cause it’s to die for. 10/10

Just came from there, burgers where good Mac and cheese amazing, but the lady kept messing up my order, I wanted chicken wing but ended up with nuggets no big deal go back to order my wings , I get the nuggets again, ‍ so this time I ask for my wings. Just to take a bit and you can smell the rotten meat. I didn’t try to make a scene and to look like a “KAREN” and she gave me attitude, so I told her you know what nevermind I don’t want to wasted my energy on this and I walked out left my chicken wings on the counter. She offered me other things but I got scared thinking they might do something to my food

The orders are so slow and you are just staring at the order because it's sitting in the trays they have in front of you. The management should really take a hard look at how they staff this place because 1 person should take the order and another should be making it. The individual who took my order took another 3 and then they subsequently struggled to put together the orders. All of this happened while the other 4 were doing their own thing.
