Mandarin offers a large buffet with plenty of options, and the food was delicious and consistently fresh. I really appreciated that they put out smaller portions and replenish them frequently—it makes a big difference compared to buffets where food sits too long. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. We went for my father’s birthday, and several servers and the hostess made sure we knew about the free birthday meal, helped me sign up, and even checked that I received the email. They also accommodated a special drink request that wasn’t on the menu. The complimentary photo and magnetic frame were a lovely keepsake. Overall, a great experience.
We loved the atmosphere at Mandarin, it's clean, upscale and cozy at the same time. If you like variety, this is your place! There was meats, seafood, sushi, soups, salads, pizza, dessert and more. My favorite would have to be the salmon, shrimp and noodles. We celebrated my mom's birthday that evening and it was a memorable experience the photo they took and gave to us was so thoughtful and sweet. Thank you to Jing and Andy for being so attentive and friendly, we felt very welcomed!
Loved it, I love going there. Nice variety of foods, delicious desserts as well. I really loved their blue alcoholic drink. Forgot to show my first plate but it was amazing I absolutely loved their food and atmosphere was really good and overall good experience.
We had such a wonderful dining experience at Mandarin Buffet today! Our server, Maribeth Prabina, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Plates were cleared promptly, and she served with a big smile the entire time. Excellent service that made our meal even more enjoyable! Thank you for making our visit special - we’ll definitely be back. Mandarin will always be our favorite restaurant to dine in.
Amazing customer service from Maribeth And Mimi.nWe recently celebrated my mom’s birthday at the Mandarin restaurant in Nepean, and Maribeth made the experience truly special. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the song to the birthday surprise, she took care of every detail with a big smile. My family and I are so grateful for her warm and professional service. Thank you, Maribeth and Mimi for making my mom’s day unforgettable!
