Great location. Hotel is definitely older and very quiet. The microwave was one of the dial ones. But it worked just fine. Breakfast was small. Just cereal and yogurt, but it was still something. Staff was great.

Location accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, after accusing me of smoking in the room someone knocked on my door every ten minutes after they agreed to let me stay. I was told I would not be charged my deposit since I didnt smoke in the room but they could smell smoke on me and told me to make sure I wasn't smoking in the room. 15 minutes later I'm in the shower with police knocking at my door. Why tell me I can stay then have the police there within 30 minutes for me. I do come from a state where marijuana is legal so I didnt think anything of the smell on me after smoking in my vehicle, but to charge me a 2 days stay plus an extra day and my deposit after the owner said i can stay is ridiculous. Not to mention the blanket on my bed had me itching the whole time I was there and had holes in it I had to rap up in my personal blanket to try not to itch from their blanket. The king size bed I had didnt have regular size pillows either just tiny sized square pillows that you would see on a couch. I appreciate the officers for being understanding i wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Very very quiet place to stay in a noisy part of town. I had one of my best night's sleep there. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel is a pretty dated hotel, but it was full every night I was there. I would recommend this place.

Rooms are nice and clean, but not serviced well. Great parking. Friendly desk people. Terrific location and quiet. Pool cold. No hot tub. No cribs. Breakfast fine. All good for the price paid.

Travel around the United States I rate hotels, and This particular hotel could definitely use some extra training on their Customer Service service. The afternoon receptionist was very pleasant and very accommodating. That young lady who worked the early morning was rude lazy very unprofessional. The rooms were OK although they did not have a working washing machine to do laundry. I was OK with that. But the fact that I was leaving early and the young lady at the front desk refused to make coffee coffee was left in the coffee maker from the previous night, gross, she said she was unable to put coffee out until 5 AM. Not that she was unable to make it, she just didn’t want to. Customer services of the utmost importance, the proper thing to do would have been to say I’d be happy to make you a pot. Just give me a few minutes, but she wouldn’t do it instead she chose to sit there behind the desk and twiddle her thumbs. Definitely definitely need some Customer Service training at this particular facility.
