Comfort Inn & Suites

This hotel is a pleasant surprise for us. Excellent value for the price. Very spacious room, very clean bedding. Decent breakfast. Location is very convenient with 3 minutes' drive from the highway exit. I would highly recommend it.

I have stayed at the comfort inn in Rock Springs, Wyoming afew times. Staff is friendly & helpful, rooms are clean & comfortable. I recently was not able to be there for a two night reservation I had booked. I received a extremely pleasant phone call from the General Manager Betty and once she understood the situation she was very very sympathetic and did not charge me for the two night reservation! Thank you Betty, you are the best!!!!

Room was quiet, clean, and had enough hot water. After driving all day, the jacuzzi was refreshing. Staff was polite and professional. I definitely will be back on my next long drive.

If we could give 0 stars we would. We had a room booked here and due do unforeseen circumstances could not stay the full time we booked. The hotel refused to reimburse us claiming there was a discounted night $2600 in their pocket! Not to mention they booked that room to someone else so they doubled dipped. Very poor customer service! So what’s right and reimburse the town we were not there. The night that was discounted we stayed! The nights not discounted are what we are asking for back.

I always stay at a Choice Hotel when I'm traveling - and prefer the Comfort Inn if available. We arrived on July 4th. I had made reservations on line. When we got to the hotel, we discovered that I had made the reservations for wrong night. Lexi was working the reservation/check in desk and called her general manager Betty M.. Betty was out of town because of her daughter having emergency surgery. I talked with Betty about the situation and she comped us for the hotel room for that night.nnThis was one of the best experiences that I've had with Choice hotels and I've stayed in a lot of the them.nnBoth Betty and Lexi were phenomenal and I've marked this hotel as one of my favorites. They both went out of their way to help us out. Kudos to both of them. They were awesome!!!
