This was a very pleasant stay. The front desk lady, Joanne, was awesome... friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. You couldn't hear a lot of outside noise which was great. Bathroom was roomy and well stocked. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. And the pool looked very inviting; I'm a little disappointed I'm not staying longer to check it out. Next time! Also, I was glad to hear they are dog friendly.
Overall, a great stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were all very welcoming and friendly even when arriving late at midnight. The rooms were clean and a great spot to lay our head down for the night. Would definitely recommend!
The only reason this hotel doesn't get the full 5 stars from me is there was no coffee maker available in my room. Otherwise, the room was great. The staff get a 5+, and amenities were plentiful and great! I highly recommend a stay here and should my travels bring me this way again I will stay here.
The staff are all 5 stars. They say hello to everyone and are very welcoming. The breakfast was continental and basic, but I often prefer this with a free breakfast because I don’t trust the other stuff! The rooms were very clean, not a crumb or fingerprint in the entire place! I loved the TV, with tons of streaming options/connectivity through my phone. The fridge and microwave were also appreciated and I was happy that they were in the basic king room.nnThe reason I’m deducting 2 stars is because the doors are absolutely horrible. When they remodeled this hotel, they kept the old doors which was a big mistake. They painted over them, leaving them “sticky” and crusty. The doors do not close completely and rattle all night as people are going in/out of their rooms. All the noise and TVs are heard through the hallway, so we did not have a restful sleep. This is so disappointing because if it weren’t for the doors, we would make this our hotel every time we drive to Idaho. The backup lock latch was coming off as the wood it was attached to was separating from the wall. If I was alone, I would have not stayed in the room.nnWe might give it another go. We recently switched from Marriott Bonvoy to Hilton Honors and are hopeful!
At this price point I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Hotel was quiet, large rooms, comfortable beds, hot shower and free breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’ve not stayed at a spark before but I absolutely will again
