Holiday Inn Rock Springs

Pool is large, but really cold. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was $3 a person. The employee taking money let us look at the food to see what they had. They were out of bacon and nothing looked all that appetizing, so we decided to eat elsewhere. There are plenty of food options within walking distance. I would stay here again.

It was good. The pool was big but only 4.5 feet deep. Fun for younger guests. The breakfast was 3.00 a person but we decided to eat elsewhere after seeing the food. They offer free looks ;).

Staff incl staff at restaurant and Holiday Inn Kayla were helpful. Great Keurig coffee in room. New furnishings, clean. BUT, Holiday Inn staff please make sure dog poop is picked up around entire facility. Poop is in the grass everywhere.

Amber is the best most helpful person ever, but Pat came in a close second. Amber went out of her way to help us in a bind and made our quick overnight stay a pleasure. We were able to hit the road again on a full stomach from breakfast. The lady at the desk around midnight also was great, she brought us a roll away bed super late. All in all a great stay.

Staff is very friendly, but there is no continental breakfast, and the hot tub had so many chemicals in it that it bleached my swimsuit... I liked my room though. Very nice and spacious and nice bathroom/shower.
