Holiday Inn Rock Springs

Quite possibly the nicest “budget” chain hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place feels brand new and is super clean and modern. On this big road trip my buddy and I are doing, we’ve paid $50 more for rooms that weren’t half as nice. Great restaurant, nice big pool and hot tub, and the staff was extremely accommodating. Liisa helped get us checked in and settled, and she was super helpful. You’d be a fool to spend your $175 or so at any other location in town.

We booked a weekend event for appx 60 people. From the time we walked in to see if they could accommodate our needs, the lady, i think her name is Heather,, to checking in at the front desk with Abi, who was exceptional, to the end of the event, the entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. I did not hear 1 single complaint from anyone attending our event.n5 stars plus!!

Rooms are spacious and clean, service is great. The halls have a little bit of a scent to them that can be unpleasant but overall its nice. The restaurant on site is very good ams convenient. Close to shopping and gas

Front desk was not friendly nor helpful. First impression not good! I don’t know if Ashley was training a new girl but she was watching the girl struggle as we had quite a long check in you could feel the tension between them. We asked the new girl about shuttles posted on wall she said she didn’t know we would have to ask the other girl Ashley wouldn’t even look up at us so when we asked again she acted like we were bothering her she briefly explained wasn’t helpful so we didn’t bother. Other than that very happy with everything cleanliness breakfast hot tub. But… customer service is very important to me and it was terrible!!!

Fantastic staff willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best! They offer a $5 coupon for breakfast at the restaurant attached, which gets you a 2x2x2. The restaurant for dinner is really good! Old Chicago Tap House. Definitely recommend this hotel!
