Quality Inn

If I could give 100 stars I would. Been to multiple quality inns and this by far was the best. All staff was friendly and helpful. Parking in front of each room making loading and unloading easy. Room was nice and clean. We did some laundry and breakfast was AMAZING. Two different kinds of waffles, three different cereals, coffee, multiple teas, eggs, muffins, yogurts, bagels and cream cheese, biscuits and gravy just a huge spread. We wanted to stay another night just because it was so nice. And best of all the room was still affordable! Favorite hotel so far on our 2,000 mile road trip!

The door needed work. It won't close, after fighting with it we got it closed. The shower worked but... hot coming out the spout, cool coming out the shower itself. I did notify the front desk of this problem. Hope they fix it.nNow the breakfast area was great, great variety was even better. The food was hot, the juice was cold and lots of options. The coffee was hot and strong.

Stayed here with my pup, they gave him a little treat and some potty bags which I thought was very thoughtful. They had a gym and I saw a sign that said they will offer a complementary ride for truckers whose trucks are in the shop for repairs. For a small hotel I think their customer service should earn them another star.nAlso it’s close to a lot of restaurants. Would recommend

Great price along with wonderful service! Breakfast is good and they have complimentary cocktails from 5pm to 7pm. Best “Choice” Hotel in Rock springs. Theresa was amazing with getting me set up for a week stay, very friendly! If looking for a place in Rocksprings-This is the best “choice”.

Typical motor lodge motel where we were able to park right in front of our room which made it easy to unload everything. The room was clean, but it’s showing its age, it’s probably due for an update or at least new carpet. We had an obnoxious humming noise that happened off and on all night. It’s our fault for not telling management but we didn’t want to deal with switching rooms in the middle of the night. In the morning I did tell the lady at the front desk and she was sympathetic and offered a discount. The pool was undergoing maintenance so we couldn’t make use of that.nBreakfast was good, with the typical cold breakfast options as well as waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. At this price point it was an ok stay.
