Motel 6 Rock Springs

while it was very easy to sign in, and show up at the front desk and receive my room key. the staff was very kind and helpful. the rooms are good. you are not spending 100 or more a night, so you get your moneys worth. the only thing that was bad, is the door was not hung right. so it was hard to engage the deadbolt, and in the colder months it will suck the heat out of the room. the coffee was very good. the best thing is the young blond lady at the front desk was very good and will make sure your stay is the best. after she found out that my room was like that she offered to move me as well as a space heater and extra blankets.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. But the thing I liked the most was the hotel clerk. She called me while I was in my room and asked me how my stay was and offered to get me anything I needed. She told me to have a good night and hoped to see me again. Made me feel very welcome to be there. I will go there again.

Tracy at the front desk was amazing! So friendly, helpful, and such a nice person! My first room’s best didn’t work and without a blink she moved me right next door so I didn’t have to lug all my stuff everywhere. I just stayed at a Motel 6 in Pocatello ID and it was disgusting and not friendly staff! If you’re in Rock Springs WY def need a inexpensive place stay here!

Getting a room was very impressive this Lady Joanne truly touched my heart. I shared with her I'm so tired been driving since Sunday with my Family from California to West Omaha Nebraska, her personality was kind to the point accommodating smiled and waited for me patiently. Your hospitality is what I needed. I am truly Grateful for your service compassion and professional demeanor that you demonstrated with me Ms. Joanne, like I shared my feeling earlier you are an Angel you brought light to a dark evening and gave me a second wind truly I thank you. 🌸😇💜

For me, one of the most important aspects of any business is customer service. Especially when it comes to a place where I have chosen to sleep after a long day of driving. I want friendliness and genuine caring. And I got that from Tracy at this Motel 6. She was always there to answer any of my questions, and I also enjoyed our conversations. I also found the housekeeping lady to be welcoming and attentive. Also, my room was clean and comfortable. I ended up staying 2 nights instead of one! As a result of my excellent experience at this Motel 6, I decided to sign up for the "My6" on the Motel 6 website so I can plan on staying at other Motel 6's around the country during my travels. I love Motel 6. I know they'll "keep the light on for me". :)
