My truck broke down at the Flying J so I tried to get something close . No hot water, stopper does not work so if the water did get hot I couldn't take a bath, the heater does not work well I am cold . Going to bed in my same dirty clothes with my socks because I cannot take a bath and I'm cold carpet dirty, no microwave, WiFi weak, TV is outdated, drab, curtains hanging off the rod.... a dump. I should have paid $40 more and went to the Best Western. The parking lot is really dark at night no lighting very little lighting. And to top it off they want you to have a debit or credit card in case something goes missing in the room or something is broken in their room. There's nothing to break there's nothing to steal. If I have to stay another day I will move to another hotel. Front Desk Lady Is Nice. The water did finally get hot for a few minutes. Enough for a bird bath, then got cold again. But the front desk lady is really really nice. Now after about 4 hours the room is finally getting warm.

Decent place and good service. My room was already warm when I went in. I feel that was nice of them to warm it up.

Went to the restaurant (SantaFe Trail) for breakfast. Meal was warm, not hot, but well prepared and tasty. Service was good, staff was friendly.

The room was okay, nothing special. For some reason the shower head was really short, like maybe 5'4" tall. Everything was clean enough to be comfortable, but not as clean as it could be. The staff was friendly and the room was fairly cheap.

Just passing through Rock springs. Good stay for the price. Quiet, basic, and all you need. Juan provided friendly customer service as well. Highly recommended if your traveling through on a budget.
