We used to visit Dr. Rosen, when he retired he handed over his practice to Dr. Garaghazloo and he is an excellent doctor. His approach is very genuine and empathetic. He sincerely listens to your concerns and addresses them. Wonderful experience at this office, even referred by boyfriend to this doctor. Very happy with the service and teaching they have provided over the years.

Online booking keeps getting rejected with no follow up phone to explain why or to offer another option. Phone lines are busy all the time. Wait on hold and the system hangs up on you. I do love my doctor here but the reception staff, online booking and phone service are terrible.

Dr. Cifelli is excellent and caring. Hard to get an appointment last minute and the wait on the phone to speak to a receptionist can be very long, maybe up to half an hour but they do try to be helpful once they take your call. Also they validate your parking ticket for 1 hour.

So difficult to get an appointment. Booked through the online system (on a weekday) and got a notice 24hrs later that it was rejected. No explanation why and no phone call. Called and reception said that the online system should never have made it available since the doctor had a meeting. Second time that this has happened. Do not use the online system.

Dr. Carlo Cifelli is pretty good to our baby. Not sure if the staff have changed because I found them to be courteous. The nurse was pretty nice too. Finally found a decent clinic.
