The receptionist was friendly and polite. Dr Akinsete was super helpful and actually listened, instead of brushing through. The pharmacist is really welcoming and kind. Would have given 5 stars but there is a long wait time for walk ins and even with appointments you get to wait sometimes.

I've been to the clinic a few times now and each time was a positive experience. The staff is very courteous and friendly. If there is a bit of a wait you are free to step out and come back in time for your turn. The doctor is very knowledgeable and also friendly. He takes the time to actually listen and explain things before prescribing something. The pharmacy also has very friendly staff who are personable and quick filling in prescriptions. I would highly recommend coming to this facility.

The reflex medical center and pharmacy is one great place to go if you need a fast, efficient and professional service. The efficient and knowledgeable doctor on site coupled with the ever welcoming smile from Tarek and his team are indeed a great combo! These people are legendary! I recommend this practice to those looking for a family practice and a good pharmacy.

Was greeted promptly, and taken care of right away. The pharmacist was phenomenal! He explained my prescription effectively & makes the compounds himself. Amazing

The Doctor pharmacist is very knowledgeable with great sense of awareness of the customer/patient needs and concerns. He appears to be well organises and dedicated to his work. I recommend this medical centre to new patients and even those who wish to be heard.
