Georgetown Hospital

Two weeks ago I had surgery at this hospital. Everything went perfectly. The staff was very polite and did their best to help me both before and after the operation. I felt very comfortable and calm the entire time.nnThank you so much to all the staff and doctors, and especially to the nurses — in particular Cassandra.nnI truly appreciate everything you did. 10/10.

Dr. Yassein and her team was very accommodating and professional. The procedure I had was quick, painless, and thoroughly explained. This is my second time at your hospital, and it has been a pleasant experience.

I went for a mammogram today at 7:45 a.m. and arrived early. The reception staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and even apologized that the technician was running a little late due to the winter storm, as another staff member was delayed getting in.nnDespite the weather challenges, the check-in process was pleasant, smooth and efficient. The mammogram technician was incredibly pleasant, personable, and made the whole experience comfortable.nnOverall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness from the team at Georgetown Hospital.

Excellent service. I was admitted into the ICU for infection, stomach ache and diarrhea. Doctors Wilkiams, Razvi, Anil and Gubert were outstanding in their approach to the treatment and very thorough in their diagnoses. Their knowledge and expertise were profound. I will also like to acknowledge these nurses: Noah and Cowsend. Today, I thank God and thank these professionals for what they do to save lives. God bless you all.

Exceptional Care at Georgetown Hospital Emergency!nnWe had such a positive experience at the Halton Hills Georgetown Emergency Department. The triage nurses were efficient, kind, and explained the process clearly.nnDr. Tanja Vlahovich was absolutely incredible, she assessed and treated my little guy so quickly and gently that he barely even noticed what was happening, and she even had him smiling and it was 1 a.m.!. Her calm, compassionate, and professional approach made us feel completely at ease.nnA very special thank-you to Nurse Donna, who was simply amazing from start to finish. She explained every step of the treatment in a way that was easy to understand, reassured us throughout, and made sure we were fully prepared to care for his injury at home. Her warmth, patience, and genuine care made such a difference, she turned what could have been a stressful situation into one where we felt supported and cared for every step of the way.nnI’m so grateful for the entire team, they turned a tough night into an experience filled with compassion, comfort, and true professionalism.
