Peel Med Clinic

Very Bad- My family is registered as Family Doctor with this clinic from past 7 years. THEY ARE MY FAMILY DOCTORS Yesterday, I called them Derry Village more than 10 times, no one picked up the phone, my 7 year old son was sick, had difficulty in eating, sleeping and breathing. When I checked that clinic is open, I took him to the clinic at 4.30PM. Receptionistdo not want to mention the name was so rude, said no one can see him. There were 3 doctors available in the clinic, I requested her, but she did not allow and behaved very rude. . Finally I took him to Urgent Care. They Have instructions pasted there, that rude behavior will not be accepted.... But first, they should follow these instructions

If there was a way to give them 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and illiterate customer service from receptionists who don’t have any respect how to speak to patients. You have to wait 2 hours + in the wait area, than another 2+ hours in the room. There is no adequate system for walk-in clinics either. On top of the long wait times, they also do not pick up the phone and when they do, it’s a rude Indian lady who lacks empathy and customer service skills. If I can give this place 0 or negative stars, I would.

They need professional receptionists in the front, bunch of unprofessionals working in the front , extremely slow, dr Masood is complete garbage , dosent care what the patient has to say and just , don’t know how this place is running , unreal . 6 hours for a walk in visit .. and just for you to leave without having the problem properly dealt with . Something needs to be done about this clinic , Masood is a lazy doctor who doesn’t care about his patients , takes his sweet time on everything . Absolutely disgusting.

I wana give them 0 because they give worst service ever. The ladies on reception they donot know how to talk with patient. They are so rude and manner less ladies ever. They donot care about patients they just care about money. I never ever refer this walk in clinic anybody. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE

Today I called twice and they didn't pickup phone so I have checked on google they open till 6pm so I went there 4:30pm they said they don't take walking patient. My Aunty has family doctor there but they refuse to take. This is very worse medical clinic, Medical council should take action.

I give this 0 stars. I came here at 3:15 and now it’s almost 7. I waited almost 2 hours and a half in the waiting room, now another 2 hours in the room. I am right now in here waiting for them and they are still not coming. I used to wait a couple of minutes before but this clinic change a lot since COVID. The staff at the front are very rude, especially to my grandma. They are saying it’s her fault not theirs. The two best doctors are on vacation and there is only one doctor. While waiting, they let others that came in after us, go before us. They are also constantly lying, saying they will be right there. If you want to go to a clinic, best not to go here when there is only one doctor.

I want to give 0 star..Every time there is a long wait if we booked an appointment. Before coming to the clinic I just double checked from the clinic that I have an appointment today it’s on time or running behind because I have another appointment the receptionist told its on time but after reaching we have to wait for next 1 hour. Even doctors are just doing formalities not even bother about their patients. Pathetic clinic.

Garbage medical clinic. Very rude unprofessional staff . They don’t know how to deal with patients. The physicians are very careless and happy with these unprofessional, rude staff.

Horrible staff. Worst experience. The staff is very unprofessional and i guess the doctors don't bother to train them on how to run the clinic / speak to patients. Was booked for an appointment a week ago and once i arrived at the location on time, still waited for 1 hour to be seen. The receptionist didn't have answer or know what an appointment means, and when i asked what i am waiting for, She started making dump excuses and instead of being sorry for this unprofessional behaviour she treated me with such arrogance. The doctor was aware of the situation but didn't want to rectify the situation. This clinic is run by a bunch of unprofessionals.

Worst clinic you can possibly go to. Dr.Farooq and Dr.Bushra both have such negative attitude. They don’t care about the patients, and hardly listen to you. They are always in a rush. I had 2 miscarriages and I asked Dr. Bushra to refer me to gynaecologist and she said lets wait for 3rd pregnancy and if it’s a miscarriage then she will refer. Both doctors are extremely rude.
