IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET APPOINTMENT OF DOCTOR. I THINK THE SYSTEM DOES NOT CARE FOR PATIENT. I NEED DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THE DOCTOR BECAUSE OF DIFFICULT SECRETARY. SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND NEED TO MEET DOCTOR. THE PROTOCOL IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PATIENT AND HIS/HER CONDITION. THE SECRETARIES OF DOCTORS ARE VERY DIFFICULT AND MAIN HURDLE BETWEEN PATIENT AND DOCTOR. THE WEB SITE IS ALSO NOT WORKING. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH DOCTOR.ON PHONE, IT IS ALWAYS INSTRUCTED AND REFERRED TO GO TO EMERGENCY. RIDICULOUS! I THINK WE SHOULD FILE SUIT ON THE SYSTEMS AND SECRETARIES. OTHERWISE IT MAY LEAD TO UNPLEASANT SITUATION AT LATER DATE.
