I would like to share my gratitude for Nurse Portia in the cardiology department. She is truly exceptional at her job. She always greets patients with a big smile, provides clear and helpful information, and takes care of people with genuine kindness.nnI honestly feel that my father’s healing is already halfway there just because of the care and support she gives. She is one of the best nurses I have ever met—an absolute gem and truly an angel of the hospital.nnThe hospital is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team.

I was a patient at the Mississauga Hospital, Neurology dept. I had surgery performed by a wonderful doctor. The nurses treated me with great respect, I was well taken care of by one and all. This was my first stay at a hospital, and the experience was great. I received the same treatment when I went back for my Post Op. This is a great place.

Extremely grateful for the labour and delivery team and OB team! I was terrified about my c-section everyone was super kind, reassuring and supportive with me! Triage/Minor Injuries/Fractures/Surgery/X-ray were all great. Quick and concise. Doctors and nurses were all kind and gladly answered questions and good at calming down patients through light jokes.nnI saw them handing popsicles to kids after surgery!nnProbably an unfair assessment but it has been much smoother and faster compared to the 15ish years we've been to Brampton Civic Hospital to no fault of their staff. Seems like it would be a good idea for us to drive the extra 30min to get here for the better service and lower wait times.
