Bought several items from this location! Some, quality is pretty good, and at a decent price compared to other furniture stores. I always look online before heading to the store to see it in person. Showroom is nice and has most items. Staff say hi, but I'm never helped. However I know what I want, and I'm not in the store for too long. Lastly, my boyfriend put together a console table last month, and 2 of the screws didn't screw in completely, and the console was a little uneven. I sent an email to the store about my concern with pictures. And the exchange process was easy and smooth. So I appreciate that from the staff. And this time, the marble console table turned out beautiful!

Lots of items out of stock for several months, larger items have mandatory shipping to your door with an added cost. Furniture looks nice though, and seems decently built for the price. Just perpetually out of stock and I want to pick up myself cause I can't wait at home for it to arrive.

Terrible customer service , very bad delivery service,when we got the sofa delivery guys they went in with their shoes full of snow on the hard wood, threw the box on it side covered in snow which melted on the wood floor. Ordered a sofa and a chair and the chair was back ordered for few months. now i have to rent a truck and go pick it up although it is their problem they don't have in stock .Got a call that it is in stock and i scheduled for p/u. i called one day before to confirm and the girl was rude and totally lost she kept saying it is back ordered. i tried to convince her that i already got a call . she kept me on hold and returned to say yes yes we'll call u tomorrow. Very unprofessional and not friendly.

This is an odd post for me. I like alot of their furniture but i am not the shopping type. I like that you can freely move chairs from table to table to get the look you are looking for. No pressure tactic from the sales people. They are just happy to help you move chairs or leave you alone if thats what u want. They have an odd collection of rustic and modern furniture. And the name of the store is fun to say

Poor customer service, especially there is one staff who answers our question like doing us a favor. Also the furniture smells bad, I have left the item that I purchased at guest room for a week and have to keep the windows open even it's in a 'Canadian winter'. Will never shop here again, mainly because that staff's bad attitude... Shopping at Structube is not a good experience.
