Leon's Furniture

I've been regularly shopping from Leon's and I must say I enjoy going there not only because of furniture but because of the friends I've made. Customer service is brilliant. They make you feel like home and every staff member I've met or have assisted me and my family have been awesome. Shot out to Deena, Simran, Sunny, and all the great smiling staff at the back office... You guys rock. Keep up the good work and I'll be sure to visit y'all again! Thanks again 😊

if there was a way to give less than one star i wish i knew how to do that. My wife bought a new couch and loveseat for her sister in Edmonton. 14 weeks later the furniture showed up completely wrapped up. The delivery people left the items and quickly fled without unwrapping the furniture. After 30 minutes of unwrapping my wife's sister discovered they were sent USED FURNITURE. No joke, for reals USED FURNITURE instead of new. Patches, stains and a big dip in the end of the couch where the heavy member of the previous family used to sit. So help me God; USED FURNITURE instead of new for the price of new. It actually gets better: phone customer service and they say: "okay would you like to have us send the repair people at no charge". My wife was nearly speechless, it sounded like sending USED FURNITURE for new furniture was pretty much standard procedure at Leon's Furniture. my wife sent all the pictures of stains, patches and depressions to customer service who warned us that her sister may need to wait another 14 weeks to get a shot at actual new furniture!!!!!! No kidding folks, Leon's has had my wife's full payment and it may be over half a year to get new furniture. The best advice I can give is stay away from this store. Even if you have to pay a bit more don't use a store that sends USED FURNITURE when you pay for new furniture

I bought a mattress advertised on black Friday flyer. It was a surprise that advertised product is not available in store on first day of the sale. I was the first customer entered in the store at 7 am. Store asked me to pick from Burlington store on my expense, or I have to pay for delivery. I spoke with store supervisor who did not help me. Spoke with Store Manager "ASHLEY", she even did not help and excused that I am not the first customer who was complaining about the product not in stock on black Friday. She refused to provide head office contact number, said there is no way head office can be contacted. even if I send an email, that email will come to her. I am so disappointed by the service and will return the product.

Decent pricing, but poor furniture quality, I bought a sofa and a love seat a year ago, the seating cushions look like they are made of play dough now, I was advised to pay an extra for a layer of protection coating that would protect against stains and other things, that couldn’t be any further from the truth, the sales lady showed me a sample at the showroom that would absolutely stop any liquid absorption but it’s not like this at all in reality, the sofas I got are just like any other.

I've been here once and ended up buying my sofa. I was offered protection plan but the prices were very high (20%-30% of the unit's price), I was not prepared to pay an additional $400-$600 on a sofa for 5 years, but was not pressured into it by the sales man. Overall, it was a great experience.
