This is what we have got from Ethan Alan at Feb 3.This the second time delivery of this couch. First time at Jan when it was deliveried, one of the leg was broken. After one month waiting for the fixing, i.e. replacing the frame, I cannot believe my eyes. There are hundred of staples on the dust cloth! We cannot accept such a sofa with twice terrible repairs,  nearly one hundred staples put in and pulled out. What we paid for is a brand new sofa, not a repaired one scarred by such terrible operations.  We have already tolerated one and a half month delay for replacing the frame, and tolerate the fixing on the single chair’s leg.  But this time we cannot endure any more!  We demand a new couch, instead of the third repair, for which we paid more than 5000 CAD. While their district manager relplied that is not a quality issue! That is just a aesthetic concern! They will just send another technician to reinstall the staples! No, that's not just the aesthetic concern absolutely, that's the concern of the workmanship and the quality concern. I just want the same craft as it should be, just as the other sofa and coach in your store. I don't want handreds of unnecessay staples left on my sofa wood frame. And don't want the wood frame with handreds of staples holes. No any other furniture provider will deal product like that. What I want is only the same sofa as the others you has delivered to the other customers, the same one as in your store!

I placed an $8500 order, a few days before the sale. My salesperson did not inform me of the sale. And now they won't honour it. What horrible customer service. Once they have my money, that's it!!! I have more furniture to order, but not from here!!

Had a horrible experience with a lady named karen there. She was rude and not helpful at all. We had our eye on a few pieces we were going to buy but decided to go elsewhere.

Designer furniture but very expensive. Some of the furniture pieces are overprice
