Superior Customer service in every way. Although the fabric was back ordered Natalie kept us posted regularly. Joni delivered and put together the sofa as well as contributing advice at the time of purchase. We have a beautiful Statum sofa that was well worth waiting for. We highly recommend New Avenue for your furniture needs. They will not disappoint you.
Just got my second ordered delivered from New Avenue Boutique and they never fail to impress with both quality and experience. I just completed a reno and with many of my suppliers and trades experiencing major delays New Avenue made the process seamless. From the great store experience with design and selection to the friendly delivery team that provided White glove service i can not say enough. We have been going to New Avenue Boutique for years and they never disappoint! From the design of our custom tables to helping in selecting the perfect colour stain and finish for our timeless pieces. The quality of their Canadian made products far surpasses anything you can find elsewhere. Our tables are exactly what I had envisioned. Natalie and her team are the best.
We have been buying our furniture from Natalie for years now and it's the only place we trust to deliver beautiful, great quality and long lasting pieces. We recently had two rooms done at the end of December 2021 and the rooms are so beautiful thanks to Natalie's help and expertise. We had a full wall built-in cabinet done in our front sitting room and custom cabinets for our main floor office along with beautiful custom chairs and a coffee table. The rooms were fully furnished by New Avenue Boutique and the look and feel of each room is beyond exceptional!
We purchased our dining table from New Avenue about 2 years ago. The table is stunning, solidly constructed and they even found a way to match the specific stain we we were looking for which was not a standard one they used. We recently had one of the legs come loose, so we contacted them and two days later someone came by to fix it. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
The service at New Avenue Boutique is incredible. From the designing of the furniture pieces right to the delivery, we were well taken care of. We have bought a few custom pieces from New Avenue Boutique and we have been very pleased with the quality of the furniture. These are well made furniture pieces that will last for many years to come. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future.

What a phenomenal place. Natalie is so knowledgeable and more importantly gives you enough time to think. Gives awesome inputs that can really help get the maximum out of your furniture style and space. Same quality of finishing as you see in the showroom. The most important thing though is the after sales service. There were small issues which were handled so politely and professionaly. Its so good to see a store actually caring about the whole experience. Johnny was fantastic too. Made sure there was 0 squeaking from the bed. Overall, this is THE place if you wanna buy furniture from.
